We stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed the place. It's a comfortable hotel with mountain views.- The twin room was modern and had a good bathroom.

We have used it as a base camp to do routes and tourism in the area (Plasencia, Parque de Monfragüe, Valle del Jerte, Comarca de la Vera). location is perfect for access to the roads. breakfast is very good. It seemed small but there was a bit of everything. We ate the menu of the day twice in the restaurant and we liked it a lot: the food was a bit different from the usual, more elaborated cuisine, everything we tried was very good. swimming pool was not used, so we can't give an opinion. All the friendly and efficient staff (reception, dining room, restaurant, maintenance). last day of our stay we had a small setback and receptionist was very attentive and friendly. also the maintenance manager, who solved it for us right away.
No major complaints. At night, little background noise from some device (our room overlooked the pool) and usual sound of nearby rooms (as in most hotels). My partner didn't mind, I find it harder to sleep, so I used earplugs and fixed it. Being located in the middle of an industrial area, outside Plasencia, feeling was a bit strange the first day, you can't go out for a walk as if you were in the city centre, as we already knew it, it didn't surprise us and you park at first.

The food choices were splendid. The location was good for me as it was adjacent to downtown core with a plaza, shops and restaurants.

The proximity to the motorway was good (this was our reason for choosing the hotel). Reception staff were very pleasant and the shower in the bathroom was amazing!
Bar staff were less friendly and the restaurant menu/catering was not amazing.

Comfortable and airy hotel for our overnight stay en-route from Santander to the Algarve. Buffet evening meal was basic but pleasant and not expensive. Breakfast was similar. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
Difficult to find the hotel with using Google though Michelin was a BIT better. I would suggest staying on the A66/E803 until the A1 Motorway/EX-A1 junction and then turn off towards Plasencia as it is much easier and avoids the town centre

The price, the bathroom, the room size were all good. Nearby another hotel with a good restaurant. Staff spoke English and were friendly. Location is very near to the city.
Coach trip service in restaurant meant only buffet service at 9pm in the evening and a busy breakfast. The location on a trading estate was unexpected but not a major problem as it was close to the centre of town and no noise penetrated to the room. The room is not soundproof with so the noise from other guests in the corridoor was noticeable. Google maps / hotel directions are misleading. Look for the "poligon industrial".

room was quite large, although I booked a single bed, I arrived at reception I was told that all the rooms had two beds. reception and cafeteria staff were wonderful, especially the receptionist in the afternoon and waitress in the morning. I saw negative comments about the food and I was a little "scared" but we ate the midday menu and white rice à la marinera was too good, not to mention the zucchini and cheese millefeuille. Wifi connection was very fast at the reception and in the shared rooms (which were also very good for small business meetings) and in the room quite decent.
Firstly the location, although with a car is solved without problems, although it is complemented by the tranquility that the area offers. The room I was staying in (110) smelled of humidity, although I kept the room ventilated during the day and at night there was hardly any smell left. As it is an "old" building, although reformed, the walls do not have a strong soundproofing, although we only heard the footsteps in the corridor or the sound of the neighbour's razor, but in general there was no excessive noise that prevented you from sleeping. Finally there was the breakfast buffet, quite good products but with little variety (personal taste): local sausages, pastries and homemade bread (with oil, tomato and jams), individually packed industrial pastries and a refrigerator with yoghurts. I also don't know if it's caused because we go down to have breakfast at 7:45 and later they take out more stuff or not. As for drinks, two hot milk dispensers, one for hot coffee, another for water and a dispenser like the ones at McDonalds with several juices. But I repeat, personal taste, that's why he rated it as something I didn't like, but in terms of quality I would give it a 9/10.
